| Meeting Schedule: | We plan to meet from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM biweekly (every two weeks), beginning on January 17, 2024, and ending on April 24, 2024. Our meetings will start with a video followed by discussion (our primary goal). We will meet in the Palm Grill Private Dining Room at Shell Point. I'm a former Great Decision participant with IIE (now WorldDenver) in Denver and Naples Council on World Affairs in Naples. I've been a group leader six years, reviving two failing groups but never started one from scratch. Shell Point had a Great Decisions group as recently as 2022, but Covid and Hurricane Ian caused its demise. John Moore, the former group leader, and Jon High, the resident activities manager, encouraged me to restart the group. |
