| Meeting Schedule: | We plan to meet for 90 minutes biweekly (every two weeks), beginning on January 18, 2024, and finishing towards the end of April. Our meetings will start with a video but allow adequate time for discussion (our primary goal). We will meet in one of the many meeting venues here in Shell Point. I'm a former Great Decision participant with IIE (now WorldDenver) in Denver and Naples Council on World Affairs in Naples. I've been a group leader for several years, reviving two failing groups but never started one from scratch. Shell Point had a Great Decisions group as recently as 2022, but Covid and Hurricane Ian were its demise. John Moore, the former group leader, and Jon High, the resident activities manager, encouraged me to restart the group. |
