NCSC is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Program Associate in Arlington, Virginia.

Title and Job Code: Program Associate (INTL 24)

Duties: The Program Associate will provide support to the administration of international judicial reform programs funded by USAID and other donors. The Program Associate will assist with consultant recruitment, hiring, and deployment; contribute to development and maintenance of marketing tools through web-based systems, social media, and e-newsletters; engage staff, partners, and service providers in development outreach and communications; contribute to technical and financial reporting; provide input into proposal development; and maintain files. Limited international travel will be required.

Salary: Based on experience, up to $47,000.

 


Qualifications


Qualifications:

Competitive candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field such as international affairs, economics, or political science; A minimum of two years of experience supporting program administration, recruitment, marketing and outreach for USAID, State Department, or other donor-funded development programs; Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing to a variety of internal and external audiences; Strong analytical skills; Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively; Ability to work independently and proactively. Prior experience utilizing web-based systems and social networks for outreach and constituency building; Prior experience supporting programs in Africa, Asia, or Middle East is preferred; Fluency in English, French, Arabic, or another relevant language required. Candidate must be eligible or authorized to work in the U.S.
