    • Ferdinando Beccalli-Falco - Honoree
      President and Chief Executive Officer, GE Europe

      Ferdinando "Nani" Beccalli-Falco is President and Chief Executive Officer
      (CEO) of GE Europe and CEO GE Germany. He is a Senior Vice President of
      GE and a member of the Corporate Executive Council of the Company.
      In his current role, Beccalli-Falco is managing the European activities
      creating and implementing the strategy and coordinating all GE
      businesses.
      Beccalli-Falco is also responsible for the leadership of GE in Germany
      where he is heading the operations of a "One GE" country business.
      Strengthening GE's operations in Germany is key to accelerating growth
      in Europe, which currently represents 40% of GE's international
      revenues. He is based in Frankfurt, Germany.
      Beccalli-Falco has enjoyed a long career at GE, starting in 1975 in the
      United States. Most recently, Beccalli-Falco served as President & CEO
      GE International where he successfully built GE's global team over nine
      years. Prior to that, he held leadership positions in GE Capital and GE
      Plastics in the U.S., the Netherlands and Japan.
      In February 2013 Beccalli-Falco was appointed to the Science and
      Technology Advisory Council to European Commission President José
      Manuel Barroso. He is the President of the Board of GE Avio S.r.l and a
      board member the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS); the
      Emmanuel Center Stiftung, Germany; the GE Foundation; and the Junior
      Achievement Young Enterprise. He is a Member of the Trilateral
      Commission and participates in the International Business Advisory
      Council of the cities of Jerusalem, Rome and Rotterdam.
      Beccalli-Falco also serves as an International Advisor to Bocconi
      University in Milan. Previously, he was an International Advisor to Prime
      Minister Raffarin of France from 1994-95, and was International Advisor
      to the Polish Minister of Finance in 1995.
      In 2007, the President of Italy, Giorgio Napolitano, appointed Mr. Beccalli-
      Falco "Cavaliere del Lavoro." In 2009, the President of France, Nicholas
      Sarkozy, awarded Mr. Beccalli-Falco La Lėgion d'Honneur. A native of
      Italy, Beccalli-Falco earned a master's degree in chemical engineering
      from the Polytechnic of Torino in Italy.

      Chief Executive Officer, Cushman & Wakefield, Inc.

      Edward C. Forst is President and Chief Executive Officer of Cushman & Wakefield. He is a highly accomplished executive with more than 30 years of experience working in international asset management, capital markets and operational leadership. Prior to joining Cushman and Wakefield he served as an advisor to Fenway Partners, a private investment firm.

      Previously, Mr. Forst held executive roles at Goldman, Sachs, where he was elected Partner in 1998. Mr. Forst was selected in 2008 to be the first Executive Vice President and Principal Operating Officer of Harvard University. He also served as Advisor to the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States.
